John 10:10 tells us "The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it abundantly."
Look at your life, be careful what is on your heart, the Bible ties your imagination to what is on your heart. Those images that play over and over in your imagination is what is on your heart. Mediate on God's word,
"I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it abundantly."
when you do this, you align yourself with creator of the universe, and certainly goodness and mercy will follow you all the days of your life.
